That's the best hand spanking I ever saw without even using a paddle. The boy was wiggling and moaning trying to get a way but the spanker didn't quit he just got more determined to give the boy the great spanking that he got. Good job.
One can tell today's youth have never been subjected to discipline because the boy remains defiant to the spanker's efforts to get the boy to submit no matter how intense the spanking gets. When I taught high school, the young men getting paddled knew that the punishment ended as soon as they cried and pleaded "I'm sorry" or "I'll never do that again". Today's youth, never having experienced any behavior modification discipline don't know that the punishment will end as soon as the young man submits to the discipline being administered. Instead, the boy in the video attempts to "stop" the discipline by blocking the spanking with his feet (thus the assistant has to hold his feet down) and, also, trying to cover his ass with his only free hand. This action only incites the spanker to become more aggressive with the discipline. After getting only moans from the boy, the spanker finally tires of trying to get a submission from the boy and stops the discipline, for the moment at least. You can tell the spanker is disappointed with the boys lack of humiliation when the spanker stands the boy up and shoves him away telling him to "go stand and face the wall".
I don't know. We need to find the original movie. I think it could be a Control T one.
